Bethesda, MD; May 15, 2026 – Solaxa Inc. announces that Bill Passer, MBA, has joined the company in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bill is the founder of P3 Partners with over 30 years of experience in strategic financial planning, M&A and capital raising, having closed more than $2 billion in transactions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse, and Legg Mason. At Solaxa, he brings institutional-grade financial expertise to support the company’s growth-stage fundraising initiatives and long-term objectives. Bill holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.
